Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built. Gareth first started the business in 2005 with a view to provide clients across North Wales and Cheshire with kitchens. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

We had a very small ensuite that needed total renovation. Marius came quickly for a quote and explained what he would do and was available quickly. Job done in prescribed time, great work ethic and respect for the job and our house. Kept me informed on the whole process and explained options so I could make the best decisions on things like tiles patterns, grout colours and finishing touches. I would have no trouble fully recommending MVP builders and Marius.
