I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Hi we offer general building services, including extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and renovation work. We specialise in the removal of load bearing walls and steel installation.
He also hung a heavy mirror above the fireplace and took great care over the fixings to ensure it would be safe and secure. I am very pleased with the result and would employ him again to carry out further work.
Outstanding - it's as simple as that. Honest, diligent and real craftsmen who take the time to explain everything beforehand to ensure you get exactly what you want. Very competitively priced, they proved willing to go the extra mile and have true pride in their work. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.
