I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address. We have nothing but praise for John, and would happily use him again. John was friendly, efficient, professional, on time, and a pleasure to have in to do the job.
