I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Happy with the work done, but it took much longer than expected as they arrived later than planned then cancelled a couple of days due to external issues. Like I said, the completed work is excellent.

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
Phoned me to make an appointment to come give me a quote for the job. But never showed up so not very professional never phoned to say he wasnt coming. so wont be contacting them again

Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.
I'm a joiner with 8years experience working on Newbuild sites and private work. I currently have a contract on a building site meaning most of the work undertaken would be done at night and/or Weekends. Larger jobs will have time made for them with enough notice thanks.
