Ryan was extremely helpful in helping me ensure that everything was ready for the worktops. He was very careful in setting out the worktops which were installed to a very high standard. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
