I'm a gas safe heating engineer with 20 years experience in the construction industry. We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!

Ivan did a good job. He completed the work in a day and a half as promised , at a reasonable cost. Good comms, he explained the scope of the project. Heavy work, including removal of old wood chip paper which had been up on the ceiling for years. Then relining with paper, filling, applying 2 coats of emulsion. I now have a smooth ceiling and the room is now in a fit state for me to redecorate as I wish.
