Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. Craig and his team were great, always arrived when arranged and would contact if they were unable to. Excellent value did the entire job for under £2000 and fixed a problem with my flat roof. The only problems I had was my neighbours roof had not been finished off as well as mine but Craig and his team came out to fix this too. They always seemed to be rushing and the job took approximately a month to complete.
Matthew arrived on time and was polite , smart and efficient as well as bringing with him all he needed to complete the jobs.
