Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Nice gentleman. However, did not execute as described. Insisted that removing the rubbish stopped at dumping it into my bins. The other rubbish as shown in the picture was left for me to deal. I did not have much energy to argue with him as I felt he was tired.
