Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Came very quickly and completed the job (like-for-like electric shower replacement) satisfactorily, my only gripe is the price/cost. Said it would be about £250 - £350 at the start, on completion of the job the price had gone up to £480 and he wanted it in cash. Not much I could do when the job's finished and the guy's standing in the house wanting to be paid. On reflection I feel I have been overcharged and should have waited for the other responses to come in but needed it doing.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.
