We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
Robin Proctor came to our rescue to lay a carpet in our summer house! He responded very quickly & came a long way to do the job! He was a fantastic professional carpet fitter who did a brilliant job. We found out the carpet supplied was 40 mm short but Robin used his experience to resolve the issue & made a great job so we couldn’t notice any patching! Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda

Peter did an amazing job with our tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We had some tricky tiles, with minimal grout, some textured, and including mitred edges, all of which is very unforgiving of any imperfections: Peter’s work was just perfect. It was also completely on schedule, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find good tilers—we have many friends that have had tiling done and none of them could recommend their tiler. We were very lucky to find Peter, and will recommend him without hesitation.
