Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

It was a genuine pleasure to meet Maxine and James. They were pleased to discuss our requirements in detail and although only a small project were happy to take it on. They arrived on time and tackled the job efficiently They cleaned up afterwards and the finished job looks fantastic.
The restyling of the garden was discussed and planned. Garden slabbing front and back and back fence of a good standard. Front wall was built and then waited several months for railings which then had to get someone else to do; at much greater cost as front wall was found to be very poorly built, and dangerous as fell down with very little pressure applied. No response to email or message regarding this. Disappointing as feel was more than accommodating when garden work being done

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Robin Proctor came to our rescue to lay a carpet in our summer house! He responded very quickly & came a long way to do the job! He was a fantastic professional carpet fitter who did a brilliant job. We found out the carpet supplied was 40 mm short but Robin used his experience to resolve the issue & made a great job so we couldn’t notice any patching! Panels were removed but I was quoted £200 to make the wall "good as new", in reality they ripped the panel off the wall and stuffed a bit of filler in various places and said there you go. the wall was left lumpy and patchy.
