Very poor experience. Service fell well below professional standards. Lack of transparency around payments, including upfront requests without invoices and charges for materials not provided. Work was incomplete, rushed, and of poor quality, with multiple defects. Property left messy with damage and waste. Communication and accountability were poor, with no follow-up after payment. Intimidating pressure to pay before issues were resolved. Would not recommend.

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. 2 people turned up about 6 weeks ago I explained what was required they measured up said they send me a quote but to date nothing has been heard from them. The reason I gave 1 star was that turned up and there was way to rate no stars. I would not recommend this company to anyone very unprofessional

Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that we have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email Public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing.
