Ian came quickly to give us a quote. The quote was excellent and he came to do the work within days. Couldn't ask for better especially in these trying times! We were very pleased with the painting and he even painted an extra fence which wasn't quoted for. Highly recommend this tradesman!! He was friendly and respectful.

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!

Absolutely amazing! My electric shower just randomly stopped working and kept cutting the power in the house. Rhys quickly responded to the advert and found the reasoning immediately and was able to get it sorted after the weekend. He got straight to work, replacing the unit as a whole and it now works like charm! Only issue is it not as warm as I'd like it to be, but again Rhys to the rescue said he can sort it after boxing day! Absolutely amazing company and employees!

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda
