I was disappointed with the standard of finish of the completed work. My main disappointment relates to the shower cubicle wall area where the tiles meet the shower tray. An acceptable gap of 2 - 3mm can be considered ‘normal’, the gap below one of the tiles in this area is 10mm. This gap, butts up to one of 2mm making it very noticeable! As this tile required to be cut to fit to accommodate the corner of the shower tray/floor, surely at this point, the tile should have been replaced. [I had over-stock

Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.
