They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5
