Aaron and the team did an exceptional job. A few things really stood out to me: their care about getting the work done properly, giving me advice on exactly what was needed even if their firm didn't carry out the work; and Aaron's great communication. They did the job within a matter of weeks, kept to time and budget, worked efficiently, and did a brilliant job. I wouldn't hesitate to use the firm again, and would highly recommend them.
Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
