Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.
