It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Simply brilliant. Dan didn't just show up on time, he showed up early (and early in the day as well) so we could get on with the rest of our morning. He brought the parts just based on the picture which speaks to experience and even when he needed to swap a part, was able to do it as soon as a nearby shop opened. His work was very tidy (I've had a couple of people sort out the same problem before) and he was clearly knew what he was doing. Very, very pleased.

I was ok with Plumber,seemed knowledgeable. the only job requir’d was adjust toilet pipe no parts required. What I was v unhappy with when the company 1st contacted me. I made it clear as to how much I expected to be charged. I was told I would be charged £75 per hour + any parts. No parts required. Chap was here for 30 mins. I was disappointed to be charged £90 which I queried to be told there is an investigation charge. Not clarified despite my initial questions.i also found text replies rather abrupt.
