You need to see the pictures and the job was for screeding. I had dug up the floor in the areas that were not level. You did not even hack of the old bumps and that’s just showing through. The self levelling was not spread every where and the floor is uneven not sure what point off paying £1500 was if I was going to get an uneven floor. After a day I had paid you £1100 and you were very aggressive in requesting difference. Paid you in full and the floor is bad there are cracks and stuff.
SLB does complete bathrooms, wether replacing an existing one or fitting a new ensuite. All work includes a 3 month post installation checkup to make sure everything is working perfectly.
Turned up same day and completed the job. Good communication.

They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed

Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.

Great job by Luke in upgrading two radiators. Also took off another radiator so I could do some filling behind it. Had a tiny drip on one of the new radiators, but he came back to sort it a few days later. Clean and tidy work. Friendly and knowledgable. Excellent communication throughout via text and calls.
i will give josh 1 star he has not got a clue about fitting bathroom up grade the work is shoddy he missed 4 appointments without even letting me know his excuse he was busy do not hire for bathroom services..

Very fast response. Fixed one of the problems but tried to get away with a lousy job for the other. When I said it was not acceptable, he changed the switch but didn’t do it correctly. As a result it kind of works but not as it should. I asked him to come and fixed it. He said he was going on holidays. I contacted him a few weeks later and he never replied. AVOID HIM. Not worth it.
