Highly recommend Kris! He originally came to sand 15 of our steps, but he was doing such a great job that we asked him to complete the remaining 14 as well. Kris was reliable, punctual, and communicative throughout. He was also really flexible when we needed to pause the work for a few days to host guests, which we really appreciated. He gave us great advice along the way, and the stairs now look absolutely amazing. Thank you, Kris!

Very happy with the garden wall repair. Neat work. Good workers.
All aspects of house refurbishment, to include: fitted kitchens; bedroom furniture; bathrooms; wooden floors; painting and decorating etc.
New staircase install. Nice guy but not very reliable. Timeframes always missed, never turned up on days was supposed to. Even didn’t turn up entirely on another job without any explanation. Wouldn’t recommend.
All sorts of building work and carpentry taken out and much more.
Excellent from start to finish. High quality and very professional/knowledgeable . Very happy with the work carried out.

AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Hi, I am a handyman based in Milton Keynes and cover the surrounding areas up to 25miles away. My work is efficient and tidy. I have 5 years experience so will be able to do the best job possible for you.
It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
Ernest Stelmach established the company after extensive research into the flooring market and particular wood flooring . Flooring Services Suitability& Preparation The survey will outline all wood flooring fittings costs based on: • the state of the subfloor • if any furniture needs to be moved • the state of any skirting boards and architraves •if an old carpet has be removed • the levels of humidity and moisture Also providing outstanding floor Sanding and restoration services all over London . • sanding &renovation -floorboards -herringbone floor / chevron -gap filling -stairs -hearth removal finishing -lacquer - hard wax oil -staining -paiting -floor maintenance -garden decking
Ernest did an exceptional job installing the herringbone in my kitchen. The end result was truely a beautiful work of art. Ernest was hardworking and throughly reliable. Given his extensive experience, I would highly recommend him. His skill set is off this chart. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the hard work you put in.
