We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
