Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

I had vinyl flooring fitted in my daughters bedroom, it was fitted to a high standard my daughter is very pleased with it. Very good price too, will be using Black pearl flooring again for my living room and hall and stairs. Very professional highly recommend

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
