Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners.
