We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.
