BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Latexing and floor leveling Lvt, karndean and amtico. I go the extra miles for my customers. I always hoover all new carpets and clear all rubbish. I do whatever it takes to keep my customers happy.
Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

Ahmet and his 2 colleagues have been very accommodating as I have picked my own laminate to lay down and have helped me what to buy to have everything ready. They were ready to finish the job in 1 day for the whole 120sqm and they only couldn't do it as there were some surprises when the carpet was removed, so they came back on Sunday to finish it.
