There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more. Great workmanship, sound guy and will definitely trust him with work in the future. Thank you Gavin

We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CFX builders again, or recommend them to others.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

When I found out that I had rotten joists, I was worried that the floor might collapse catastrophically. I urgently looked for a good builder. Some workmen's point views were disappointing and did not make sense. Ben was very knowledgeable and very experienced with building structures. He and his team were very thorough, conscientious. They completely work to a high standard. His price was very competitive. I am very pleased and reassured. Thank you.
