Daniel turned up the following day to asses the roof slate problems and quote. When up on the roof further issues were found, but he provided photos and videos of everything before quoting for extra work.

I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

Didn't go ahead because kitchen fitter can also complete building work but felt confident about Can Construction completing job due to their professionalism and efficiency in supplying all information requested. We had a room converted into part an en-suite and the other half a utility room. The team was always on time, hard working, friendly and extremely helpful and informative. The team consisted of all the required experienced members and the work was completed on time.
