James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. We have already identified further jobs that we wish James to undertake - and would not hesitate in recommending him.

I have a beautiful new patio thanks to Pete & John & my lawn has been levelled & grass seeded. The guys worked really hard, arrived when the said they would & left things tidy every day. They're a happy, friendly pair & brilliant at what they do. I can't rate them highly enough & would definitely recommend Lawnswood Landscaping & will be doing exactly that!

I can’t rate Andy highly enough. Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. Fantastic service - a visit arranged within 2 days of the initial phone call, and the job started within 2 weeks. Excellent advice, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

This was a small job to demolish a brick pillar at front of my house affected by root growth and rebuild a new pillar. From my initial contact with Greg, til the completion of the job, my experience was excellent. He turned up to quote for the work at the agreed time. The very reasonable quote was given immediately and on acceptance Greg was able to fit in this small job within a few days. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and left the site tidy. Very impressed.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry.
