In 45 years, I've never told a customer their roof needed to be renewed if it doesn't - and the built up felt roofs we have worked on have well outlived their promised lifespan of 30 years. No one has ever put an 'UN ' in front of the RELIABLE ROOFING name. Richard Crow (FIoR) Back in 2009, there was no rain at all between February to June, which meant that little roofing work was required. Rather than see our vans lying idle, we thought we'd put them to work in the 'man and a van' business. As we had three strong men to do the work, we laughingly called ourselves MUSCLE AND MOTOR - and the name has stuck! It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
