Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Jon wasn't very polite when he contacted me, I didn't understand where he said he had purchased the job. He explained, I then asked for a quote, initially I accepted but then had something come up where I had to put the job on hold. He then rang me and hurled unpleasant comments at me for not letting him know when I did email him saying I had to cancel the job. Not very polite when communicating on the phone. Sorry for rubbish review but not made me feel like I want him to come to my house for any job!

I contacted Dean and explained my situation, I asked Dean to quote me for some decorating and fitting of some skirting boards and some spotlights to be installed.Dean arrived on time and after a brief conversation he got started. Sorry I never know what to write in these things. I found Leroy to be friendly and honest with me regarding the work that needed doing (replacing tubing in loft). He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. Highly recommended both lads worked tirelessly even in the rain to get the job finished on time. Worked immaculately tidied up every day and left the site spotless once they had finished. Paving and block work skills are 110% . We had a very old drain which other trades said would need to be dug out and moved costing ££££s Warren and Ridge managed to overcome this obstacle and finished the paving to a very high standard. A very honest team which is very rare these days. Highly recommended.
