Caution urged. My initial review written while wearing rose tinted specs! Reality is very different. I used this trader for other tasks and now have incomplete work on several jobs. My fault, I paid in full having believed everything I was told about status of completion. No response to messages.

Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Worked tirelessly to complete. The company who were removing all the debris from inside the house were so impressed that they took some cards from him for future work. All were pleasant guys Took all the rubbish away. Many Many Thanks

From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Found Alin via Rated People, and absolutely delighted with the quality of his work, can-do attitude and problem-solving. Whilst the main issues were plumbing, Alin had to connect a digital shower through a tight space - installed a loft hatch and knocked through a wall to do so. Very conscientious and went the extra mile in making sure the work was as perfect as possible. No hesitation in recommending Alin for all types of work. You won't be disappointed!
