We are a family run business that cover all aspects of grounds maintenance with trained horticulturalists and arborists to provide a quality service.
The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
Pinecraft construction has been established since 2003. I do all aspects of building work, joinery, plumbing,minor electrics, alterations, extensions,newbuilds,tiling,etc. No job is too big or small. The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction.
