Morgan and Mike contacted me on the day of posting my job, visited that same afternoon and sent me an itemised quote that evening. They understood that the job was urgent and turned up on the appointed day, at the appointed time. Both my wife and I found they were happy to explain their work and to give us options. The work was neat, efficient and just what we needed. We will definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them. Very pleased.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Hugo answered the request very quickly, priced the job and turned up exactly when he said he would to do it! I am thrilled with the finished article! It is just what I wanted and all mess was cleared up afterwards. He also gave me the opportunity to change my mind about the design, which is just as well, because I did! He is a very nice person to deal with.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I was given an itemised quote without asking, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the work carried out and would happily recommend him to my best friend. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Sean has done an excellent job in replacing my combi-boiler. He responded very promptly to my request for an estimate which was by far the fairest out of 4 local tradesmen.
