Ben is fast, helpful, positive, strong and he communicates really well. I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions. Walnut tree trimmed all around as per my specification done same day as price was negotiated and very fair. Clean and tidy too. Never give 5 stars nobody's perfect but very happy to use again.
