Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Commissioned C and J developments. To build an attached garage. At the start of the project we talked through any issues as they arose and agreed how they would be rectified. However as build progresssed the quality of work deteriorated Brickwork bowed in side and rear walls. Joists for garage roof cut at different lengths and not cut to match the angle of the wall one joist packed out with old pieces of wood. Walls either side of rear door not aligned. Stopped work due to poor standard of workmanship

Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. Problems were communicated and viable alternatives were implemented with no fuss. House has been left very clean. EIC and part p issued upon payment. Thanks James, Anthony and Jordan

The gentleman that came worked really hard to get it finished. He made a good job of it despite the poor instructors. So grateful for what he did.

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

Dean and his sidekick Charlie did a great job, everything we asked for and more. Nothing was too much trouble, the garden was left tidy at the end of each day. Great job, and left the place tidy when job finished..... Already booked him in for later in the year for another job. Highly recommended, sensible prices and good standards. See you later in the year Dean
