Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! I utilize all my skills and knowledge gleaned from 20 years working in the public sector, to a long love of car maintenance, and installing washing machines and everything in between.
