Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. I would very strongly recommend this tradesman. He did a very good job at a very fair price, and arrived bang on time to his initial viewing and then both days on the job. The service was excellent, and the quality of workmanship perfect. It is wonderfully refreshing to still find gentlemen like this who still work hard for a good price and who is good an honest. I will be employing his services in the future, a very trustworthy bloke.

From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process.
