They called me to book in a job and moved the job time twice in the same day and felt it was appropriate to come out at 8pm at night. I'd wasted my whole Saturday waiting in for a quote. Ironic considering the name of their company.

Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

Amazing and fantastic work done by this company. Builders listened to what I wanted done and went above beyond what I expected. Very professional throughout the weeks working here. Wayne and his son arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly. They did my job as well as my neighbours and also undertook an unexpected job from my other neighbour, who were all left very happy. I would use this firm again and I would recommend them to friends. Having previously attempted and failed to get other work done by 'local tradesmen', I would not hesitate to call these chaps back.
