William and his team did an excellent job clearing all weeds and cleaning the block paving in our front and back gardens. It was an enormous task and the gardens looks better than ever. I would highly recommend him.

I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
