James and his team did a fantastic job. He turned up on time to quote for the task of replacing our 4.5 x 4.5m concrete hardstanding with brick papers. We agreed a price for the job and a start date. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. SOUTHAM PLASTERING
BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.
