Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

I was in dialogue with the contractor for a few days. Having sent an image of the site, communication has ceased and no quote was received. Itâs a small job, but important to me and this is frustrating.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that werenât included in the quote, without charging extra.
