We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Payment is only due once the job is finished and payment method via Bacs transfer or Cheque. We provide garden maintenance, specifically for residential customers. Our gardeners all have cordless tools and equipment, years of experience and take pride in leaving every garden looking its best. We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. Gardening Duties Include: • Grass Cutting & Turfing • Hedge Cutting • Planting & Pruning • Strimming & Weed Control • Tree Trimming • Green Waste Clearance Waste removal is not as easy as it use to be anymore and it's also expensive commercially. When we take waste away to dispose of for our customers we must hold a waste carriers licence to transport any kind of waste.
