I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.
