Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.

Vio answered all the questions I'd asked in writing (before I agreed the job), arrived on time, spent appx 2 hours (as anticipated) on the task (incl a quick trip to source replacements parts), and tidied up carefully once the job completed. The repair cost seemed reasonable. I would certainly consider Vio's services for future work.
