Ryan could not have been more helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure hiring him. He completed a complex job removing a broken boiler, installing a new one, re-routing a gas through 30m of new pipe and installing a radiator, then getting it all to work with our existing smart home system. Charlie quote to repair a leak. Price was too high for me. I either needed other quotes or to lower the price a little. We both agreed to a lower price. Job was to start two days later. That morning, he asked to shift the job to the next day - he was over-worked. The next day he cancelled at the start time - emergency. 3 days later he phoned me at the job start time to increase the price back to the original amount. 1 weeks time wasted, 3 times re-arranged, massive hassle for tenanants and me.
