This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. Beware of this guy. He is dodgy. He contacted me to fix my boiler and never mentioned any cost. After visit he demanded £70 from me. However, I eventually gave him £20 and he promised to send me a quote for the job which never happened. After more than a week later I called him to ask about the quote and he claimed he has been trying to send it but it was not going so he believed I blocked him. When confronted him with the fact that I sent him a reminder about the quote he got angry and hanged the phone
