Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job.
