To be quite frank Fadi kept it real with the pricing options and fitting cost, more then the others and in fact was 2k cheaper then one quote. I ordered the materials and Fadi came the next day to complete the job I needed doing. I can highly recommend using Fadi if you want a honest, reliable and overall nice guy to come to your rescue! He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
