BTR were awful. They delayed, double charged, installed the wrong items, left footprints on doors, and told me they had done the works when they hadn't. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
