After having multiple quotations, we decided to give this job (complete bathroom refurbishment & kitchen tiling). His quotation was reasonable, and after seeing the outcome - we feel every penny is worth. We have got a quote without having enough knowledge, and proper design. But James took care of everything, he did research, he came up with design & plan - finally it's looking far better than we thought.
